HAPPY
NEW
YEAR!
Miss Emma was full of smiles for us this morning. I really think it had a lot to do with the fact that she was going to Grandma's house today and not going to school! And she was showing off her new outfit that Grandma had gotten her for Christmas.
I really have nothing so say right now except that we survived the holidays. Now I have to start preparing for my little girl to turn THREE!!! She has informed me she wants a princess party - so she is going to have a princess party. I think we are going to keep it small this year.....not that any of her parties have been big, but ..... well, I just want it small. I am trying to come up with ideas for her invitation, because I don't have enough to do, so I need to make her invitations instead of just buying premade ones and writing in them. Then I will also have to make the thank you cards. :-) But I love it and I wouldn't have it any other way. Plus, it will give me an excuse to use my new Cricut that Steven got me for Christmas!
Have a great week-end everyone!

Yeah - you got a Cricut! I bought Mr. Garrett's invitations. All the nice ones are on clearance at Hobby Lobby. A whopping 2.60 a pack. I added my own decorative touch! Don't fret!
What a cutie pie!
I can't believe you haven't had a Princess party YET. Grace has had one EVERY YEAR. They are very cute though.
Oh wait. I did talk her into a Hula party last year! That was fun too!
Isaac has a birthday this month too. I'm thinking low key this year. The holidays just wiped me out. Emma looks cute in her new outfit!
Miss Emma is adorable in her new outfit. Polka dots are my fav! Wow, planning a party already, whew! Good luck.
Congratulations on getting a Cricut!!! Emma looks soooo cute in her new outfit and I can not believe she'll be 3 next month.
Such a happy girl...I don't think I have seen a picture of her NOT smiling...not that she doesn't.
I love planning/making birthday stuff! How fun to make the invitations...I just wish I had the time.
Have a great week.!!
Megan had a princess party one year. She had a royal pizza banquet and all the other princesses in the land wore their banqut clothes. They decorated crowns (Burger King ones flipped to the other side) with stickers and colors. And, best of all, the royal storyteller (Ashley Fowlkes) came and read princess stories. Just some ideas for you!
