My sweet Valentine

I remember when I was growing up, my Daddy always made me feel special on Valentine's Day. He always brought me something when he brought Mom something. I want Emmaline to feel special too. She was already having a big party at school, so I knew she was going to get her fill of cards and candy there. We spent one evening making her a little mailbox to take to school to put her 'loot' in. I had gotten her a little something, but I never said anything to Steven about it. But when he got home Friday night (and yes, we know it wasn't V-day yet) - he showed up with a HUGE big balloon! Her face lit up like a Christmas tree. Thank you honey for remembering to get our sweet valentine a little something. One happy little valentine!

As for what he got me, well, he actually put some thought into it. Instead of flowers or candy he went and bought me a movie. Singing in the Rain is one of my all time favorites. I can't wait to have a couple of hours to just curl up on my couch with a good cup of something and a nice warm blanket and watch it along with all of the special features.
